Monetary Donations
Now, more than ever, nonprofit organizations are facing severe financial challenges. As the economy has slowed and funding has been cut, HAVEN depends on community support to help us meet the current needs of our clients, maintain our current level of quality services, and grow our organization to further our mission.
Monetary donations can be used to provide personal needs and services to our clients.
We gladly accept donations in person, via snail mail, and even online!
When donating to HAVEN of Tioga County, you can rest assured that your entire donation stays local.
HAVEN provides supportive services to hundreds of survivors and their families each year through a 24-hour crisis hot line, emergency shelter, food and clothing, case management, and legal services.
What can your donation do?
$25 affords personal hygiene products for those in emergency housing
$50 puts gas in the tank of a survivor fleeing a dangerous situation
$100 affords one hour of legal assistance for a survivor in need
$200 buys groceries for a survivor starting out in a new space
$1,000 supports building maintenance and repairs to ensure continued shelter safety
We rely on the continuing kindness of our community and your support is appreciated.
